Desired Candidate Profile:
1.Must possess artistic ability and creative thinking for designing eye-catching and effective graphics
2.Detail-oriented mind, well-organized, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
3.Excellent working knowledge of PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Quark Xpress, color theory, typography, design standards, and corporate identity are a must
4.Experience in handling international projects
5.Exceptional ability to apply graphic design skills, including drawing/sketching, typography, concept ideation, color theory, use of texture, spacing, and scale
6.Ability to come up with strategies for layouts and artistic concepts, and to create visual images that engage and attract
7.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multitask
Job Description
1.Responsibility for the development of graphic design from the initial concept to final completion, working with the Creative Director, Graphic Artist, Accounts Manager, and Programing teams to ensure smooth delivery of all projects
2.Strong experience in e-learning projects in visualization, design, and execution is an added advantage
3.Work with Junior Designers to assist them and ensure their continued development and be up-to-date with all emerging technologies and design techniques
4.Job duties include planning, work allocation, monitoring, and designing diverse electronic variants such as Interactive Presentations, Flash Presentations, Web sites, Kiosk, and other Design Peace
5.Create and execute design concepts and develop artwork for a variety of multimedia activities
6.The Artist would work along with the Art Director to develop design concepts
7.Ensure consistency of brand and program identity throughout all work and stages of development
8.Responsibility to be self-motivated and create/manage own workload
